• I was really happy with the homeopathy treatment I received from Sarah during my first pregnancy. After trying for 4 years for a baby, going through IVF and miscarrying, it gave me peace of mind knowing I was giving my unborn baby every chance of a healthy start.

  • Not only did you get rid of those headaches but you helped me sort out the cause of them and listened to all the other stuff that was going on in my life.

  • After 6 unsuccessful pregnancies I first met Sarah undertaking a presentation about Homeopathy Part of this presentation touched on homeopathy as a treatment for fertility problems and miscarriage. I arranged a consultation and Sarah then took me through the 9 months of my 7th pregnancy offering advice and treatment. I now have a beautiful baby boy which i don't think would have been possible without Sarah's treatment

What does a consultation involve?

Consultations take place on a monthly basis and last for 1 hour. Your symptoms will be discussed in detail, focussing on how they affect you specifically. Since homeopathy is an holistic therapy, other aspects will also be explored on a mental & emotional level (your personality traits, fears, anxieties & emotional triggers); a general level (your sleep patterns, likes & dislikes, temperature & thirst); and a physical level (your symptoms specific to you).

Your individual case will be assessed and a remedy prescribed that best suits your symptoms as well as you as a person.

What is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy was developed over 200 years ago by Samuel Hahnemann, although Hippocrates recognised the power of using "similars" over 2000 years ago. It is based upon the theory that "like cures like". For example, a remedy (eg. coffea), if taken by a healthy person in its normal form (coffee) would bring on certain symptoms (alertness, increased energy, inability to sleep); this remedy can be given in a highly diluted form to a person suffering these similar symptoms (eg. insomnia or hyperactivity).

Talks & Short Courses

Sarah is available to give talks on homeopathy; or short courses on 'Homeopathy & First Aid' or 'Homeopathy in Pregnancy & Childbirth'.

Bach Flower Remedies

The collection of 38 flower remedies was discovered and developed by Dr. Edward Bach who believed that to bring about real and lasting healing it was necessary to treat the cause of illness rather than just the symptoms. Each remedy gently addresses and rebalances a different emotional need or state of mind and can be used alone or in combination with other flower remedies; the most well-known being Rescue Remedy. Flower remedies are safe and gentle and so can be effectively used in conjunction with other forms of medication or treatment without interference.

Patients are encouraged to select their own combination of remedies according to those which best fit their state of mind or emotional needs.

  • I received a relaxed, professional and caring consultation with Sarah who, with her thoughtful and considered questioning made me feel completely at ease; thereby allowing me to identify deep issues and concerns I carry with me on a sub-conscious level
